So, I hesitated to text clients for a while and then finally jumped on board with it.  Most, not all, but most clients seem to love it and respond quicker than email or voice mail.  In fact, in doing a bit of surveying I found out that some people even delete their voice messages without even listening to them.

It’s been super efficient in many cases to create group texts with our husband and wife clients to keep everyone on the same page and up to date quickly.

I know you already know all this and probably wonder why on earth I would waste your valuable time having you read this, right?  Well, about six months ago when I couldn’t reach prospects by phone and they weren’t returning my calls I thought, hmmm wonder if I could catch them by text.  And slowly but surely I started texting leads even including the new ones like Expireds, FSBO’s, etc.  And I got responses 🙂 Positive ones.  I haven’t tracked it, I actually wish I would have but I am 100% positive it has generated multiple transactions for us.  So well worth the time it takes and sticking your neck out a little.

As I started to get results and responses I found myself spending lots of time typing or talk/texting the content.  So then I decided to create “notes” for each type of prospect I was following up with so then I could just copy and paste for each type of lead to save even more time.
