I’m writing this on the eve of my trip to Seattle for Now What Do I Say? Live! 1-day sales training event, sponsored by Fern Lam at Countrywide, and as I get ready to head to the airport (at 3am, ugh!), I’ve been thinking about you and your business.

One of the biggest roadblocks to real estate agents doing more business is knowing what to say in all situations.  It stops them from generating leads, and it stops them from following up on leads.  It stops them from doing business.

It sounds silly to say that people in sales don’t like to talk to people to actually make a sale, because they typically are afraid of now knowing what to say.

So, with that in mind, I cannot for the life of me imagine why you wouldn’t have at least one version of our Now What Do I Say? book/product line to help you know what to say in all real estate situations.

Just the 40-minute live role play CD has helped so many agents with the 50 different handlers.  Imagine if you got the Now What Do I Say? book, or book on 3-CD audio and had access to over 425 different objection handlers…answers to questions that buyers and sellers ask that get in the way of you getting the contract signed.

These answers, these objection handlers, were developed and are used by three top producing real estate agents (2 of them are currently active and have consistently sold over 100 homes a year…talk about stuff that really works!!!).

If you’re in real estate, you can’t afford not to buy something from this product line.

And, if you’re in mortgages or title, then the book or role play CD is under the spending limit for agent gifts, and it would undoubtedly be a tremendous gift of value for them (as a former realtor, I liked eating the cookies and other food you guys brought, but I never used a mortgage or title person because of their food…giving a gift like this would go a long way to showing your agents the value you want to bring them).

So, I’m off to Seattle, for the event Tuesday, and will see if I can post a blog while I’m there.  It’s going to be great…so much to share with the agents there!
